Senior Rachel Renken (Downs, KS) was one of ten female cross country runners honored as a IMA-KCAC Champions of Character Award Winners at last week's KCAC Championships. Junior Peyton Wade (Haviland, KS) was honored on the men's side.

The KCAC selects student-athletes that demonstrate the five core Champion of Character values: respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.

This is the second such award for both Falcons, as Renken won it for cross country last season and Wade won it for indoor track and field.
