JOPLIN, Mo. - Two weeks removed from their first meet, the Friends University cross country teams looked to take the next step in their season, racing their first full 5K & 8K courses of the year at the Missouri Southern State University Stampede. The meet was held on Saturday, September 19th at the "Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course" adjacent to the MSSU campus. Cool temperatures and great competition fueled a solid weekend for all.
